Some Myths to Dispel

Some of our competitors like to scare potential customers (what a way to treat your customers) with stories about the difficulty of repairing boats imported into the country or getting spares. The most popular tactic is tell the apocryphal story of a boat being badly broken and needing to go back into the mould. Why is this an apocryphal story? Because, it just can't be done. No boat will fit back into the mould it came from! Badly broken boats are repaired using a series of splints. The mould has nothing to do with it! Next time a boat builder tries to sway you with that one remember that, and then walk away, because if the only way to get you to buy that boat is to criticise someone else's then you're buying the wrong boat from the wrong manufacturer.

The Vespoli Warranty

Vespoli, warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the time of shipment. No other warranty or guaranty of any kind or nature, expressed or implied, is made. Our warranty does not apply to products improperly stored or installed, damaged in transit, your misuse, neglect, accident or improper maintenance, or any repair or modification without our prior written approval. In the event of any claim under this warranty or otherwise with respect to our products, our entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement by Vespoli, or the refund of the purchase price paid by you. All warranty work will be done by us at such locations as we designate and all related packing, shipping, and transit charges shall be your responsibility.
