Our hulls provide the ultimate in balancing stiffness and ‘rowability’. Proprietary computer programs, simulations and extensive tank testing have resulted in a full line of racing shells that fit almost any size crew while minimising wave and frictional drag and maintaining a high level of stability.

Unique Moulds to suit your athletes

For each boat type Vespoli has at least THREE different moulds to make sure that we build the right size boat for your athletes. Unlike many other boat builders, we do not use just ONE mould and then cut down/build up the sax boards or raise/lower the deck. Our approach ensures that your boat has the minimum wetted surface, giving you the fastest and most stable hull.

The New 'E' Hull

The 'E' Hull series is VESPOLI’s newest ‘break through’, high speed racing hull. Designed by Manolo Ruiz de Elvira, design team leader for Alinghi, who swept the 2003 America’s Cup races. The VESPOLI design team, with the benefit of the most ‘state of the art’ tools and methods has developed a hull with the most perfect pairing of speed and stability. The hull was computer modelled to optimise hull length and stability against wetted surface and drag. The hull was optimised at five different points of the stroke to create near perfect trim and displacement.
